Please indicate the time for each day including the time needed for set up and tear down. This must be a maximum of 3 hours unless paying for additional time.
Prices are for events up to 3 hours in length. Additional time may be available upon request with added charge.
A mandatory cleaning fee is required for rentals.
User agrees that it is solely responsible to implement appropriate screening and supervision procedures to protect children, youth, and vulnerable adults attending the User's function at the above described facilities.
This agreement by and between SUNLIGHT COMMUNITY CHURCH (henceforth referred to as "Owner"),1325 N A Street, Lake Worth FL 33460 and the aforementioned User (henceforth referred to as "User") will take effect upon the date of the User's executed digital signature on this document. WHEREAS, SUNLIGHT COMMUNITY CHURCH owns premises located at, 1325 N A Street, Lake Worth FL 33460 which is normally used for church and school organizational purposes, and WHEREAS, User desires to use the area of the facilities for the aforementioned purposes and WHEREAS, Owner has agreed to allow User to use the facilities provided that the following terms and conditions are met.
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES:
1. Owner agrees to let User use the above described premises for the above described purpose on times and days specified in this agreement.
2. Fee Agreement. Full balance must be paid (14) days prior to use of premises. A 20% down payment is due on the date this Rental Agreement is digitally signed by User. Fees are based on the terms and conditions of Sunlight Community Church's Fee Schedule previously provided to User upon initial Rental Request. Sunlight Community Church's rental fees are separate and distinct from Sunlight Kitchen and/or any other entity other than Sunlight Community Church.
3. User agrees that it will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes, and will obey all laws, rules, and regulations of all governmental authorities while using the above described facilities.
4. User agrees that it will not use the premises for any purpose that is contrary to the mission, purpose or belief of the Owner, which is a biblically-based religious institution.
5. User agrees to abide by any rules or regulations for the use of the premises that are attached to this agreement.
6. User agrees that it is solely responsible to implement appropriate screening and supervision procedures to protect children, youth, and vulnerable adults attending the User's function at the above described facilities.
7. Organizational/Business Users. User promises and warrants that it carries liability insurance with a minimum liability occurrence limit of $1,000,000. The User will provide a certificate of insurance to the Owner at least (14) days prior to the date upon which the User begins to use the above described premises. The certificate of insurance will indicate that User has made Owner an âadditional insuredâ on Userâs policy with respect to the use by User of the above described premises. Proof of certificate of insurance must be provided to the Owner (14) days prior to use of premises.
8. Individual Users. User promises and warrants that User will obtain signed Activity Participation Agreements (either provided by or acceptable to Owner) from each participant in the activity. If the participants are minors, User will obtain the signature of at least one parent or legal guardian on each Activity Participation Agreement.
9. Waiver of Liability. User agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Owner (including Ownerâs agents, employees, and representatives) from any and all liability for injury or damage including, but not limited to, illness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, personal injury, emotional injury, or property damage which may result from any person using the above described premises, its entrances and exits, and surrounding areas, for Userâs purposes, regardless of whether such injury or damage results from the negligence of the Owner (including Ownerâs agents, employees and representatives) or otherwise.
10. User agrees to be responsible for preparing for use and returning to the pre-use condition all areas of the premises which User will use, including entrances and exits.
11. User agrees to conduct a visual inspection of the premises, including entrances and exits, prior to each use, and warrants that the premises will be used only if it is in a safe condition.
12. This agreement may be cancelled unilaterally by either party with 14 days written notice to the other party. All deposits and cleaning fees are non refundable.
12.a. In the event that Owner must cancel this agreement, User will be entitled to any deposit User has paid. However, in no event will Owner be liable to User for any lost profits or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of Userâs inability to use the above described premises, even if Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. No fog machines allowed
14. User agrees that it will not assign any of its rights under this agreement, and any such assignment will void this agreement at the sole option of the Owner.
15. Owner and User agree that any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved via a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process. If Owner and User cannot mutually agree upon such a process, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel of the American Arbitration Association for final resolution.
16. This document contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.

In consideration of my scope of work and use of the facilities and property provided by Sunlight Community Church, Inc., Multiply222 Network, Inc. and/or Other subsidiaries, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the company and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of Sunlight Community Church Inc, Multiply222 Network, Inc. and/or other subsidiaries. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Sunlight Community Church, Inc, Multiply222 Network, Inc. and/or other subsidiaries its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of my own equipment, their equipment, property and facilities. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Sunlight Community Church, Inc, Multiply222 Network, and/or other subsidiaries harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest(s). I agree to be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of my guest(s) and myself. I understand that Sunlight Community Church, Inc, Multiply222 Network, Inc. and/or Other subsidiaries do not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the facilities and equipment. I agree to comply with all rules imposed by Sunlight Community Church, Inc., Multiply222 Network, Inc. regarding the use of the facilities, property, and equipment. I agree to always conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner, and to refrain from using any property, equipment, or facilities in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose. I understand and acknowledge that the use of property, equipment and facilities may involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death. I understand and agree that Sunlight Community Church, Inc. Multiply222 Network, and/or Other subsidiaries is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises.
Employee disclaimer: I understand and agree that my use of the facilities and equipment is only to be undertaken on my own personal time, and that my use of the facilities and equipment is not within the course or scope of my employment (if applicable)
